For more than 20 years, the mountains of Western North Carolina kept calling my family back.

What started as family trips to the Smokies became something much more. Year after year, we returned to the mountains—the winding roads, small towns, waterfalls, changing seasons, and slower pace of life. Somewhere along the way, Western North Carolina stopped feeling like a place we visited and started feeling like home.

Eventually, we decided to stop dreaming about mountain life and start living it.

After raising five children, building businesses, and spending years in real estate in Florida, my husband and I made the move to Western North Carolina. Today, I have the privilege of combining two things I genuinely love: real estate and helping people discover this incredible place we now call home.

Before moving to North Carolina, I worked in Florida real estate as both a REALTOR® and in real estate administration, giving me experience on multiple sides of the transaction. I also spent more than 20 years as a small-business owner, which taught me the importance of communication, hard work, organization, problem-solving, and taking care of people.

But I also understand Western North Carolina from another perspective—the perspective of someone who once came here as a visitor.

I know what it's like to vacation here and wonder, Could we actually live here?

I know what it's like to drive through a mountain town and imagine what everyday life might look like. To wonder which community would be the right fit, how mountain homes are different, what it's like to live farther from town, and whether the lifestyle you've fallen in love with on vacation could really become your everyday life.

My goal isn't simply to help you buy or sell a house. I want to help you understand Western North Carolina—the communities, the lifestyle, the mountains, and the little things you don't always discover during a weekend visit.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me exploring Western North Carolina with my family—chasing waterfalls, driving mountain roads, discovering small towns, finding another beautiful overlook, or simply enjoying the place we spent more than two decades dreaming about.

I came here first as a visitor.

Then I fell in love with the mountains.

And eventually, I became a local.
